Bitter Pill - Level 1

I've been building this damn thing off and on for nearly 10 years, sometimes letting it sit for a year or so before getting unsick of it and picking it up again. It was originally a Director game which was converted to Flash, then to AS2 and I'm just glad its done... well, sorta done. Thanks to everyone who've left comments so far, including those who offer some criticism I can try to work into future levels. The trouble is that I'm mostly a writer/artist, not a programmer and this is pretty much the best I can do. So don't count on the gameplay changing much, just new environments and badguys. But hey, it's a Flash game. This ain't Xbox, it doesn't cost 60 bucks, and I'm making exactly zero dollars from this, so it's not really trying to break any new ground. Really the most important thing to me is that it is 100% anatomically accurate. So you're learning. I promise.
