The more dangerous you play the game, the more you are rewarded. As previously mentioned, doing stunts in the air will shave off time. This means that front flips and backflips are heavily encouraged, and in some cases may even be necessary in order to get 3 stars. Stars are given at the end of each level, and players are able to earn anywhere from 1 to 3 stars on every attempt. It is purely based on the players’ time, and each level will have a certain time that players must beat if they hope to get 3 stars. While at first, it may be easy to get 3 stars, the later levels will really push you to be perfect if you want to get 3 stars.
